Vice President of Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the Engineering teams in a full-time remote capacity, the Vice President of Engineering will drive a technology vision focused on product usability, reliability, and customer experience while building management structures and improving existing products.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to define the technology vision and operating plan focused on product quality and customer experience
- Identify and prioritize technical debt and performance improvements while overseeing product refinements and upgrades
- Build engineering management capability by coaching tech leads and managing organizational responsibilities including budget and performance management
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of engineering leadership experience, particularly in a mature product phase
- 10+ years of formal software development experience
- Experience developing tech leads into engineering managers and building management structures
- Deep knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and development practices
- B2B SaaS experience preferred, with a focus on MarTech or adjacent verticals
