Vice President of Engineering
Job Summary
Leading a global team of engineers, the full-time remote Vice President of Engineering will manage the development of an AI-driven offensive security platform, oversee product innovation, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive technology initiatives that support rapid company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and mentor a global engineering team to build and enhance the Offensive Security Platform
- Own the technical vision and architecture, ensuring scalability, stability, and resiliency of the platform
- Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering design and development, leveraging AI technologies and agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 15 years of software development experience, including 5 years in SaaS cybersecurity product development
- Strong multi-cloud engineering experience and familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools
- Experience leading distributed international engineering teams and establishing engineering standards
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React), with knowledge of additional technologies like Node.js and cloud environments (GCP, Kubernetes)
