Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the engineering execution for the Creative, Audience, and Outcomes product lines, the full-time Vice President of Engineering will build and manage high-performing teams, set technical direction, and ensure operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering execution, ensuring delivery, quality, reliability, and cost management
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization through effective hiring and performance management
• Partner with Product Management to translate strategy into achievable roadmaps and clear delivery milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years leading engineering organizations
• Proven track record of shipping large-scale, data-intensive SaaS products in production
• Depth in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern data platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and data governance
