Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the Program Development Portfolio, focusing on development agility and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute a global strategy to enhance engineering design effectiveness through robust standards and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while managing performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a global company known for innovation and engineering excellence
• 15+ years of experience in advanced technology, engineering, and product management functions
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant process improvements across global engineering functions
• Technical degree, Ph.D. or Master's degree in Engineering, with business education preferred (MBA)
• Experience in building alliances with academic institutions and external partners to enhance technological capabilities
