Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, including 5+ years in a senior role managing large teams
• Experience in high-volume, regulated environments such as healthcare or insurance preferred
• Proven ability to drive process optimization and technology-enabled change
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies
