Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute enrollment performance strategies across the inquiry-to-enrollment funnel for partner programs
• Lead and develop a large, distributed enrollment organization, ensuring clear goals and consistent performance management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enrollment strategies with marketing, partner services, and technology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in enrollment management, preferably in higher education
• Experience leading large enrollment organizations and managing multiple layers of leadership
• Proven success in managing CRM systems and optimizing the inquiry-to-enrollment funnel
• Recognized as a strong people leader who develops managers and builds high-performing teams
