Vice President of Enrollment and Billing

Job Summary

Leading billing and enrollment processes across multiple regions, the full-time Vice President of Enrollment and Billing will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive strategic initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for enrollment and billing operations, aligning with company goals
• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Manage departmental budgets and collaborate with finance for accurate billing and financial analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience, including extensive experience in health insurance enrollment and billing
• Previous experience managing staff, including hiring and performance management
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle management preferred
