Vice President of Enrollment Services

Job Summary

Seeking an innovative and strategic leader, the full-time remote Vice President of Enrollment Services will develop and implement comprehensive enrollment management strategies, oversee admissions and recruitment operations, and ensure effective financial aid administration to support institutional growth and student success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and assess a comprehensive Strategic Enrollment Management plan aligned with institutional goals
• Direct admissions and recruitment operations while implementing innovative strategies for diverse student populations
• Provide executive leadership for financial aid operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting student access

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or related functions
• Demonstrated success in strategic enrollment planning and student retention initiatives
• Experience supervising staff and managing complex organizational operations
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing admissions and financial aid
