Vice President of Enrollment Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the Online Enrollment Strategy team, the remote Vice President of Enrollment Strategy will manage personnel, drive innovation for new products, and oversee sales and revenue generation while contributing to the overall online enrollment strategy services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives informed by online programmatic trends and oversee integration of products and processes across the organization
• Monitor sales activity and revenue generation, providing recommendations for offerings and pricing
• Advise on project execution strategy and provide strategic direction through data analysis and storytelling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in higher education administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or strategic communications in higher education or related industries
• At least 8 years of experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) tools, or relational database systems
• Proven track record in leading enrollment and online-specific projects with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire confidence in executives and team members
