Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Sales (East).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build out the large enterprise channel through direct sales, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers
  • Own direct sales cycles and manage sales objectives, quotas, prospecting, and pipeline
  • Develop strategic broker relationships and provide performance reviews and development opportunities for the sales team


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of sales experience focused on health benefits
  • Existing relationships within the broker, consultant, and insurance communities
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience selling to large enterprise clients
  • Data literacy with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Experience in developing sales processes and strategies in a startup environment
