Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Sales (East).
Key Responsibilities
- Build out the large enterprise channel through direct sales, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers
- Own direct sales cycles and manage sales objectives, quotas, prospecting, and pipeline
- Develop strategic broker relationships and provide performance reviews and development opportunities for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of sales experience focused on health benefits
- Existing relationships within the broker, consultant, and insurance communities
- Minimum of 3+ years experience selling to large enterprise clients
- Data literacy with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Experience in developing sales processes and strategies in a startup environment
