Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale an Enterprise sales organization by recruiting and developing leadership talent
  • Develop and execute a multi-year territory strategy to exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales leadership experience
  • 15+ years of enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales experience
  • 7+ years of management experience, including managing other sales leaders
  • Experience managing large accounts with long and complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and exceed quota
