Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale an Enterprise sales organization by recruiting and developing leadership talent
- Develop and execute a multi-year territory strategy to exceed revenue targets
- Maintain a data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales leadership experience
- 15+ years of enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales experience
- 7+ years of management experience, including managing other sales leaders
- Experience managing large accounts with long and complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and exceed quota
