Job Summary

Leading a multi-region enterprise sales organization, the full-time Vice President of Enterprise Sales will own the revenue strategy, drive high-quality growth across complex SaaS deals, and manage a team of leaders and Account Executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and deliver enterprise bookings targets while optimizing team performance on $50K-$500K deal sizes
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 Directors and 20+ Account Executives, fostering a high-performance sales culture
  • Refine and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy across North America and EMEA markets
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in enterprise segments
  • 2+ years of second-line leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record managing $10M+ annual quotas and leading geographically distributed teams
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound enterprise sales motions
  • Demonstrated success in closing and coaching teams on $50K-$500K+ deal sizes
