Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Enterprise Sales, this full-time remote position will lead the Large Enterprise sales organization, focusing on refining sales strategies and accelerating growth within high-growth Global 2000 accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team, including Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives
- Drive strategy to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives while expanding executive relationships with customers
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales management practices, including account planning and sales methodology execution
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 7 years in enterprise SaaS sales leadership
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives and driving substantial growth in Global 2000 accounts
- Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with C-level executives
- Experience with sales methodologies, such as The Challenger Sale
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
