A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Outcomes & Enterprise Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish executive steering frameworks and value realization milestones for strategic accounts
• Define and operationalize ROI frameworks to drive cost reduction, margin expansion, and production optimization
• Lead 3-5 strategic enterprise accounts to deliver measurable outcomes and drive expansion revenue

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial technology, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS
• Deep exposure to process industries such as chemicals, manufacturing, energy, and materials
• Proven track record in leading multi-year enterprise transformation programs
• Experience delivering quantified ROI at scale for enterprise customers
• Strong grasp of industrial analytics, AI/ML, and data platforms
