Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Equity and Diversity.

Key Responsibilities

• Set network-wide expectations for identifying and addressing disparities in student outcomes
• Design and implement methodologies for regional equity engagement and intervention
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure a unified approach to equity across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in equity, diversity, inclusion, or related leadership roles
• Proven record of implementing equity-centered systems and frameworks
• Strong fluency with data disaggregation and equity measurement
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives on complex issues
• Prior experience in K-12 education is strongly preferred
