Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Estimating.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze scope of work and perform quantity surveys for construction projects
• Develop detailed cost estimates and ensure accuracy while considering risk factors
• Assist in contract negotiations and maintain awareness of project issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 12+ years of experience in construction estimating for infrastructure projects
• Experience with complex multi-million dollar projects
• Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid and MS Office
• Demonstrated increasing responsibility in estimating roles
