Vice President of Event Production

Job Summary

Leading the overall production function, the remote Vice President of Event Production will oversee live conferences, virtual experiences, and digital content programs while managing a multi-layered team and shaping strategies for audience engagement and production quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality experiences across various event formats
• Manage and develop a team focused on live event production, digital production, and logistics
• Partner with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure consistent execution across programs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in event production or audience experience functions within healthcare or related industries
• Proven background overseeing large-scale conferences, events, and digital content experiences
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar production budgets with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Familiarity with event, CRM, and project management platforms such as Cvent or Salesforce
