Job Summary

Leading the enterprise-wide event strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Events will manage high-impact experiences across internal and external engagements to enhance brand perception and support commercial growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee strategy and execution for external conferences, sponsorships, and executive engagements to drive customer relationships and market presence
  • Establish high standards for creative direction and experience design, ensuring immersive storytelling and audience engagement
  • Develop an enterprise-wide experience portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives, measuring performance metrics for customer engagement and brand impact
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in events or experiential marketing at a senior leadership level
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans that impact business outcomes
  • Experience managing and developing leaders-of-leaders in a complex, dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
