Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CMP certification preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in event planning, convention management, or hospitality
- Experience managing multiple teams or functions with strategic decision-making authority
- Ability to work autonomously at a management level with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering centralized event operations
