Vice President of Executive Programs

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of executive programs into a sustainable business, the full-time Vice President of Executive Programs will oversee RSAC's portfolio of executive communities, manage key initiatives, and develop monetization strategies while fostering engagement among senior cybersecurity leaders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all RSAC Executive Communities, setting vision, structure, and performance standards
• Develop business plans for the Fraud Community and explore new partnerships to enhance engagement
• Create a revenue-generating model for executive programs while maintaining trust and exclusivity

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in executive community building or senior-level event programming within cybersecurity or enterprise technology
• Proven ability to convene and earn the trust of C-suite executives in confidential settings
• Experience scaling paid membership or executive programs with a focus on monetization strategies
• Strong editorial instincts with the ability to shape valuable conversations for senior leaders
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills to represent the organization credibly
