Vice President of Experience

Job Summary

Driving transformation in Experience Design and Product Management, the full-time remote Vice President of Experience will provide strategic leadership, enhance team capabilities, and guide the integration of Agentic AI to elevate client deliverables and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performance team through mentorship, strategic hiring, and targeted upskilling
• Guide the AI transformation roadmap and standardize workflows to enhance efficiency and quality in deliverables
• Own the Experience function's budget and performance metrics, ensuring financial accountability and strategic growth

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in UX, product, or experience design with significant senior leadership experience
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ across creative and product functions
• Proven track record of practice transformation and managing large-scale brand and technology projects
• Strong financial literacy with experience in budget ownership and pricing strategy
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through technology transitions, particularly with Agentic AI tools
