Required Qualifications

12-15+ years of federal business development and capture experience in GovCon
Demonstrated success generating $50M+ in annual federal contract awards
Experience leading capture efforts for large federal opportunities ($50M-$250M)
Established relationships within HHS, DHS, or similar agencies
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
