Vice President of Federal Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Federal Business Development to lead growth strategy across its federal portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a multi-year business development pipeline across federal civilian and defense agencies, focusing on HHS and CMS
• Identify and mature opportunities through market intelligence, capture planning, and pre-proposal preparation
• Build and maintain relationships with program offices and contracting officers, and represent the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Proven federal business development experience with successful pursuits across civilian and/or defense agencies
• Familiarity with HHS, CMS, and adjacent federal civilian agency markets; experience with VA or DoD is a plus
• Experience in an integrated business development and capture model
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and agency budget cycles
• Bachelor's Degree
