Vice President of Federal Contracting

Job Summary

To support the organization's federal contracting initiatives, the full-time Vice President of Federal Contracting Strategy & Compliance will manage the development and execution of strategic roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional program efforts, with flexibility for remote work or based in Denver.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the federal contracting program, establishing strategic priorities and governance structures
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and oversee implementation of necessary policies and internal controls
• Partner with various departments to implement federal contractor requirements and facilitate training programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Government, Public Administration, Compliance, Finance, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in federal contracting, government compliance, or related operational leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of FAR, SCA, DFARS, and federal contractor compliance requirements
• Experience leading complex organizational change initiatives
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership and enterprise stakeholders
