Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Field Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a Field Engineering operating model focused on maximizing leverage and efficiency
• Spearhead initiatives to automate and streamline technical sales processes
• Establish and enforce global standards of technical excellence across markets

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading technical, global teams
• Proven track record of scaling technical sales organizations
• Deep architectural expertise in at least two core domains: iPaaS/Integration, MDM, or AI frameworks
• Exceptional ability to provide credible technical guidance to C-level executives
• Experience in leading organizations through major technological pivots is a plus
