Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance (Term-Limited Position).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial management and oversight
• Enhance financial systems, processes, and compliance measures
• Manage grant financial oversight and team development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred, but not required with relevant credential
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant financial certification required if only holding a bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Extensive experience overseeing financial operations in nonprofit organizations with diverse funding streams
