Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion continuous improvement and transformation across finance functions, focusing on process optimization and scalability
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, providing insights for executive leadership and the Board
• Develop a high-performing finance organization and recommend capital strategies to enhance cash flow and balance sheet efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in Treasury, FP&A, Financial Shared Services, and/or Tax
• Experience in a publicly traded company, preferably in a complex, multi-site environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience in capital markets, cash flow management, and financial operations
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
