Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of companies, the full-time remote Vice President of Finance will manage the entire finance function, including FP&A, accounting, and cash flow management, while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO on capital allocation and financial architecture development.

Key responsibilities

• Own all project accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and maintaining financial separation across concurrent projects
• Lead financial due diligence for M&A activities, including valuation modeling and integration planning
• Assess and develop the internal finance team while implementing financial systems to support operational complexity

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3-5 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Direct experience with project-based construction accounting, including draw management and revenue recognition
• Experience in M&A, capable of independently handling diligence and earnout modeling
• Background in a venture-backed startup or high-growth technology company
• Experience operating within a multi-entity or multi-business-unit structure
