Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing international organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Finance will lead the company's global financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, and provide strategic guidance for business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy
• Lead all aspects of finance, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and compliance
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth, investments, and expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 12-15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a Vice President of Finance, Controller, CFO, or equivalent executive leadership role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate finance
• Experience managing multi-entity and international financial operations
