Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash management and optimize cash flow across business units
- Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with financial agreements and covenants
- Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to senior leadership and the board of directors
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in corporate finance and treasury
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
- Experience managing banking relationships and lender communications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
