Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management and optimize cash flow across business units
• Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with financial agreements and covenants
• Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to senior leadership and the board of directors

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in corporate finance and treasury
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
• Experience managing banking relationships and lender communications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
