Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance who will influence the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and capital efficiency
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads and ensure sound financial governance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly digital health or tech-enabled services
• Proven ability to partner with C-level leaders for strategic decision-making
