Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance (Eyewear & Software).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Develop and implement business controller policies, procedures, and controls
• Lead finance-related activities for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in a Financial Controller position
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions analysis and integration
• Multi-location and multi-business experience
