Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and conduct comprehensive financial analysis to inform decision-making
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team, establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of excellence
• Oversee financial operations, data management, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CPA required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of executive finance experience required
• 10+ years of finance, expense management, or accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit organization
• 10+ years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Sage Intacct) and data analysis preferred
