Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead financial planning and strategic decision-making in a rapidly scaling healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning processes, including budgets and forecasts, while leading a high-performing FP&A team
• Serve as a strategic advisor on capital allocation and investment priorities, translating financial data into business narratives
• Develop pricing strategies and conduct profitability analyses to enhance margins and optimize resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in FP&A leadership roles in high-growth environments
• Proven experience in building and scaling FP&A functions in companies with $50M-$500M in revenue
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier program preferred
• CFA, CPA, or other relevant finance certifications required
