Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the FP&A function, establishing vision and operational rigor for strategic decision-making
• Partner with the CFO on earnings preparation and Board-facing materials, providing essential insights
• Own company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes while influencing company-wide decisions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in a public company setting, preferably within a high-growth tech environment
• Proven experience with organizations exceeding $1B in revenue and 5,000+ employees
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Deep expertise in financial modeling
