Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial performance and growth planning
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk-based contract management
• Manage relationships with external accounting partners and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and accounting
• 5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling finance teams
• Strong understanding of value-based care or risk-bearing payment models
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems and reporting tools
• Ability to communicate financial strategies clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders
