Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and evolve its finance and accounting functions as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and translate strategic roadmap into a multi-year financial model
• Partner with the CFO on capital structure strategy and resource allocation
• Oversee Accounting to ensure audit readiness, compliance, and strong internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Finance leadership, with a background in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
• Proven experience in long-range planning and board-level financial narrative in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong capital allocation judgment with exposure to fundraising and M&A
• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience building scalable finance systems and developing high-performing finance teams
