Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level financial strategy, long-range planning, and performance management
• Lead financial evaluations for new markets, product launches, and capital allocation
• Build and lead a high-performing Strategic Finance and Corporate FP&A team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth corporate finance or strategy consulting
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services preferred
• Proven track record in building complex financial models and enterprise planning
• Strong capital markets and valuation knowledge
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
