Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and nonprofit standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage operations and administrative leadership, including mentoring the Finance & Operations team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• 5+ years managing teams
• Deep expertise in nonprofit accounting, audits, and restricted grant management
• Experience in building financial and operational systems in growing organizations
• Advanced proficiency in Sage Intacct; CPA preferred but not required
