Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy across all entities and properties
• Lead a global finance team and drive operational transformation through automation
• Provide strategic insights and support budgeting, forecasting, and capital initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance leadership within hospitality, travel, or real estate
• Expertise in USALI, management agreements, and lease accounting
• Experience managing multi-entity operations and understanding property-level P&Ls
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and BI tools
• CPA preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
