Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead financial planning and analysis while partnering with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in collaboration with the CFO
• Own and optimize key SaaS KPIs and implement best-in-class FP&A processes
• Supervise cash flow management and support compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses
• Prior experience as VP of Finance or equivalent in a software environment
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription billing models
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
