Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare and present financial reports to private equity partners, the Board, and the executive team
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting and develop operational KPIs for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• 5-7 years of experience leading a team in a high-growth, multi-currency service business
• Experience with business analytics tools such as Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel
