Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the FP&A organization to support business complexity and team growth
• Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for improved efficiency and accuracy
• Provide strategic financial support and insights to leadership, influencing decision-making across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in food, protein, manufacturing, or CPG environments
• Strong background in accounting, FP&A, and commercial finance
• Expert financial modeling and analytical capabilities with experience in ERP and planning tools
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a strong business partnering mindset
