Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance - Personal Caregiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on financial planning and decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and profitability
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and support audits and financial risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
• Proven leadership experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations
• Strong understanding of financial controls and performance management
• Experience in healthcare services or Medicaid-funded programs preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
