Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance for the On-Demand Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner to the President of On-Demand BU and provide financial insights for sales strategies
Own revenue planning, forecasting, and analytics, ensuring alignment with financial outcomes
Lead financial analysis of sales performance, pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with financial governance

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
10-15 years of progressive finance experience, particularly in senior commercial or sales finance roles
Deep experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or Go-to-Market organizations
Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, incentive compensation, and pricing economics
Experience with Salesforce pipelines and dashboards
