Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion continuous improvement and transformation across Treasury, FP&A, Financial Shared Services, and Tax
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range strategy to support data-driven decision-making
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization while strengthening financial operations through standardized processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in a publicly traded company, preferably in a complex, multi-site environment
• Strong understanding of capital markets, cash flow management, and financial planning
