Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function across a multi-entity real estate portfolio
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Build and evolve the finance and accounting team structure and processes as the company grows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Real estate or property management accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting environments
• Proven ability to build systems, processes, and teams in a growing company
