Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and annual budgeting to drive profitability
• Prepare presentations for Board meetings and collaborate with various departments on financial forecasts
• Enhance FP&A tools and analyze investments to optimize profitability and support compensation modeling

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance experience with senior leadership in FP&A at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Experience managing and developing finance teams, including hiring and succession planning
• Operational finance experience with cost structure optimization and executive-level business partnering
• Demonstrated ownership of Board reporting and investor communications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
