Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring fiscal integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor on financial planning and growth initiatives
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with government contracting regulations
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial insights to support program management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in government contracting and knowledge of FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements
• Proven ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a project-based environment
• Experience working with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
