Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across corporate entities and property-level agreements
Oversee cash reconciliations and manage revenue adjustments while maintaining strong financial controls
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading finance teams in hospitality, travel, or real estate
Expertise with USALI, management agreements, and lease accounting
Proficient in financial software such as NetSuite and BI tools
CPA preferred; Big 4 experience is a plus
Strong understanding of property-level P&Ls and owner reporting
